So for all of you who are actually reading this, Im gonna consider actually posting on LJ instead of just reading other people's journal.  I'll just start off with a little news.  
I had a portfolio review at the College for Creative Studies on Dec 5.  The admissions counselor was just awesome! She wa so nice and after the review she said, "We have no problem accepting you, and with this GPA you're setting yourself up for some scholarship money!" Wheeee!! I'm so happy, since its the first college I got accepted to, even though its the only one that I actually finished the application to.
Of course, my parents congratulated me even my half sister sent a congratulatory email on the following day.
Then I sent my portfolio to be reviewed at SAIC, the School of the Art Institute of Chicago.  I sent it on a Monday and I just couldnt wait a whol week for it to be delivered. I mean, the pressure was killing me.  Then I came home from school on Friday, checked my email and there was something from SAIC. It said that my application was completed and my file and my portfolio was reviewed and she said I was accepted and an acceptance letter would be mailed that day! Ooooo

Anyway, thats 2 down, 3 to go!
